Japanese Upper Beginner 2 (N5)
This course is the follow-up of the Japanese Upper Beginner 1 (English Spoken). This was Japans Halfgevorderden 1 before.
Our primary focus is on speaking, with engaging practice sessions every time.
Here, language learning transcends the ordinary and becomes a captivating adventure.
Great care is taken to make learning fun as you eagerly await new discoveries. Grammar presentations are accompanied by beautiful, tried-and-true slides. In class, students not only learn new things, but also review previous chapters, ensuring a solid mastery of the material. Occasionally interspersed with fun picture books, this approach helps students understand the unique expressions of the Japanese language, improve their memory, and consolidate them in an accessible way. You will also find the interesting expressions you learn in the picture books very fascinating. In addition, there are a variety of fun quizzes available for self-study outside of class, perfect for reinforcing your knowledge. In our classes, classmates support each other and form a wonderful and welcoming community.

Progress Milestone: Completing this course will elevate you to the N5 (A1) level.
*You'll be encouraged to learn kanji, but it's not much of an issue if you can't read any kanji at this stage of the course.

Continuing students pick up right where they left off in the previous course, while new participants should have completed Chapter 10 to join in confidently.
Books are not included in the course fee; you have to buy the books yourself. The prices listed for the books are approximate. You are advised not to use the books until the first lesson and to keep the receipt in a safe place so that you can return the books if your course is canceled.
